If The Phone Submerged Into The Water

You may direct a shock to see your favorite new phone drowned at the bottom of hot tub, beach or even the toilet. But if you quick save your handset, there will still be able to function again if you act appropriately.

Zack Stern from PC World will explain the steps:
1. Remove the battery immediately. If the phone is still in a state of online, do not hesitate to immediately turn it off. If the battery can not be easily removed, at least immediately turn off as soon as possible. Remove the SIM card too.

2. If the power source is removed, you can then continue to release parts of the cell. Remove the protective plastic, if there is use screwdriver screws used eyeglasses to open it. Look beyond the sticker if there are no visible screws.

3. Wash cell phone, especially if immersed into salt water or chlorined, which can more easily lead to corrosion than electricity shocked and clean water. Use a cleanser to wash the electronic circuits inside. As an alternative, you can use alcohol.

4. Wind-aired cell phone for several hours at the window in the sun or other warm regions. Do not use a hair dryer, because excessive heat can cause further damage. Then put the phone into a bowl or plastic bag filled uncooked rice. Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap or if using a plastic bag make sure it can open the lid. Rice will absorb moisture and help the process of evaporation. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent condensation. Let the phone is closed it at least a few days. If you really need to call, use the SIM card into another handset.

5. Lift the phone from the bowl or plastic bag. Use canned compressed air containing to gently blow the dust from the rice heritage. Press the button in a series of blasts that are fast, do not continue to suppress it. Replace the mobile phone and Sim Card. Then try to turn.


6. If the phone does not want to be on, you are less fortunate. SIM cards still kept your contact and you can move it to a new phone. Or try to take your broken cell phone to the technician, where the possibility of contact can still be saved.
