The month of fasting is an obligation for Muslims, but also saved a lot of benefits, especially for our health. But of course if it is run with the right rules and not random. How to combine this fasting and benefit to our health, here are six tips healthy fasting may help:

1. Do not Leave Sahur

Sahur is one of a series in which the fasting of Ramadan is strongly recommended, in a hadith it is mentioned that "Prophet Muhammad said:" Sahur, because this morning meal contains a huge blessing ". Why is it important for us to sahur?, When fasting, our bodies do not get nutrition for about 14 hours. For it so the body can perform the function properly, cells need nutrients and energy in sufficient quantities. For the morning meal menu, you should choose foods high in fiber and protein, but avoid consuming too much sweet foods.

Many sweet foods while dawn will make you hungry faster during the day. Sweet foods make your body react quickly release insulin, insulin works include sugar from the blood into body cells and used as an energy source. While eating fibrous foods create a slower digestion and helps the insulin released in stages. To create the energy of the dawn durable, eat your morning meal (sahur) as close to Imsak.

2. Do not Delay break

After a day of hunger and thirst of our energy must be draining, to restore the energy back, while breaking eat simple carbohydrates found in sweet foods. Foods that contain sugar instantly restore the depleted energy all day. But try to avoid drinking ice or soft drinks, because these types of drinks can make digestion did not function normally.

3. Eat Gradually

Usually when we heard adhan, without waiting again, we immediately ate meals provided on the table. This is not a good pattern for the health, after a day we do not fill stomachs and the digestive organs rest, you should not eat the food directly in large quantities. When it is time to break, eat sweet foods, such as dates, or drink hot tea, rest a moment, can you use the pause is to run the sunset prayer while giving time to adjust to your digestive organs. Only after praying you can continue back to eating heavier foods such as rice and side-dishes. And after Tarawih session resumed with a small meal or snack.

4. Do not Leave Sports
Fasting does not mean stopping a total workout. That physical activity is needed to maintain the smooth circulation of blood so that we do not easily worn. But for this business select mild exercise which does not require excess energy, such as jogging or walking. We recommend that you do exercise ahead of breakfasting time. Tarawih in addition to worship as well as a means of maintaining fitness physical because tarawih prayers will burn calories.

Water is a substance that is needed by the body. More than 60% of our body consists of water. To perform its function well every organ of our body needs water. Without enough water your body will experience interference. For that multiply drinking water for deposit in the body so that all organs function properly. The so-called water here is not just plain water, but also milk and tea are also included. So that the body needs adequate, arrange for you to drink eight glasses of water before undergoing fasting tomorrow.
